Hi. I’m Meredith Harvey, an executive coach and marketing leader with nearly two decades of corporate experience.

My superpower is my EQ. Clients tell me that I’m empathetic, empowering and intuitive. I help people to discover their inner potential and make the impact they want to have in their careers and lives. I create a safe and judgment-free space for clients so they can deepen their self awareness and get motivated to create real and lasting transformation.

I spent 15 years in Marketing at Google where I worked on and led high performing teams so I know exactly how to help people grow and thrive. I bring my experience in navigating complex organizations, team dynamics, and a variety of personality types to ultimately deliver value to the company and the people.

I completed my coach training through Co-Active Training Institute and now have a fulfilling coaching practice supporting people across a variety of industries including tech, finance, energy, sports, & entertainment.

A little personal anecdote about me: In 2017, my husband and I took a year off to travel the globe. It was the best life decision I’ve ever made and it deepened my awareness on what mattered most to me. These days, my roots are in Oakland, California where I’m building my life with my husband and our two young kids. While our passports aren’t getting quite as much action as they used to, I make a conscious effort to infuse a little adventure into the everyday for myself and my family. It brings me the ultimate joy.
