Lindsay holds an Honours BA in Psychology from the University of Waterloo and is accredited as both a SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional) by the Society for Human Resource Management and a CPHR (Chartered Professional in Human Resources), highlighting her commitment to HR strategy and leadership. She has completed professional coaching coursework from the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), the industry-leading coach training organization.
