Having personally experienced burnout, Manoj understands firsthand the importance of building strong, supportive relationships. His passion lies in helping leaders develop the skills to foster genuine connections with themselves and their teams, where people feel seen, heard, and valued. Manoj’s style is collaborative, and he thrives in creating a safe and connected space where people can express themselves authentically and experience transformational insights. Prior to Coaching, Manoj has 13 years of experience working in managerial roles (account management, consulting) in the tech sector, leading diverse teams across geographies and influencing decision makers. In the past 5 years, he has coached over 300 leaders, and his clientele includes leaders from Google, Facebook, Amazon, NASA, Novartis, American Express, and many others. He has conducted multiple workshops to corporate audiences on topics ranging from courageous conversations, effective feedback, managing up, presentation skills and many others.
Manoj is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) with CTI (Co-Active Training Institute) and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with ICF (International Coaching Federation). He is trained in Group Facilitation Skills with Community at Work and holds an MBA degree from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
Manoj lives in the Charlotte area in North Carolina with his wife and 2 kids. He is an avid animation movie buff and loves reading books on psychology and personal growth.
