Tonya’s corporate background includes roles as a program and portfolio manager, executive communications lead, and director. She is a skilled facilitator and speaker, dedicated to sharing her insights on leadership and diversity. Her active participation in professional organizations, such as the Austin Women Leaders Association, Diversity Women Media, and WiCys (Women in Cybersecurity), reflects her ongoing commitment to fostering inclusive environments. Tonya is completing her CPCC certification from the Co-Active Training Institute and is preparing for ACC certification with the International Coaching Federation.
