Cindy is a leadership coach, facilitator and Senior Human Resources leader with over 25 years of experience. Her colleagues and clients will tell you she is high energy, builds trusted partnerships, is candid and centred on bringing out the very best in leaders and teams.

She worked at senior levels of organizations, successfully leading Canada-wide Human Resources divisions at Fortune 100 companies for 20 years including DuPont, Johnson Controls and The Boeing Company. She shares her expertise and passion for professional and leadership development in the areas of Leadership Coaching, Leadership Assessments, Succession Management Programs and training Leaders in various competencies.

Cindy holds a Certified Professional Co- Active Coaching (CPCC) designation from the Coaches Training Institute – the world’s largest coach training school accredited by the International Coach Federation. She is a Professional CertifiedCoach (PCC), the globally recognized coaching designation with the International Coach Federation. Her formal education includes an Organizational Psychology Honours degree from Western University and a Master’s degree inIndustrial Relations from Queen’s University.
In her spare time, Cindy loves gardening and taking on countless renovation projects in her home.
