Eleanor Wong, ACC, CPIC, CFP, PROSCI
El is unapologetically obsessed with helping people navigate change and overcome obstacles, all in service to creating a more inclusive and just world. A values-driven leader with over 25 years’ experience, she supports underrepresented individuals in achieving their personal and professional goals. As a diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) catalyst and founder of Empower Asian Women Leaders, El strives to transform systems, fostering environments where everyone can thrive. Her approach emphasizes psychological safety, and encourages embracing discomfort as a pathway to growth. She incorporates EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) tapping to help leaders release limiting beliefs and emotional blocks, creating space for authentic and empowered leadership.
El is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Certified Professional Integrative Coach (CPIC) and a standing member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is also a volunteer facilitator with ICF’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging program. El has completed her Intercultural Development Inventory Qualified Administer certification and as a certified Emotional Intelligence practitioner through Roche Martin’s ECR methodology, she helps leaders develop their emotional and social capacities to create more engaging and high performing teams. She is also an AI Educator and committed to supporting women with adopting AI to decrease gender inequity.
With a corporate career that spans learning and development, community development, wealth management, change management, and leadership, El brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her work. She is also a PROSCI certified change practitioner, certified financial planner (CFP) and an early adopter of responsible investments. Her commitment to inclusion is deep and intentional, as she has facilitated workshops, co-chaired a racial equity employee resource group, served on various committees supporting DEI initiatives.
