Kelly is known for her strong understanding of how businesses operate, and dealing with complex human resources challenges, ultimately tying the two together for the best business outcome. She has extensive experience in both financial services and the technology sector globally and domestically. Kelly has held leadership positions in some of the most respected companies globally and has worked with many startup technology ventures from inception through to exit.

Kelly has a Master of Business Administration and a Management diploma, along with her coaching certification.  Kelly chose a career in coaching because she genuinely cares about helping businesses and people realize their highest potential.

In her spare time, Kelly is an avid golfer, hiker, and lifetime learner, she resides in Ontario with her husband.
