Megan Pawlak brings extensive consulting experience in organizational design, leadership development, and talent strategy. She has worked with leaders and teams across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, agriculture, hospitality, food service, entertainment, and academia, supporting organizations from growing businesses to global enterprises.

Megan has spent her career close to the manager-employee relationship, including labor relations work in unionized environments across the United States, Europe, and Latin America. That grounding shapes how she trains and coaches leaders: practical, direct, and focused on how people work, navigate gray, and handle conflict.

She brings hands-on experience across the full employment lifecycle to her facilitation and coaching, guided by four principles: influence, respect, clarity, and compassion. Megan is based in Santa Barbara, California.
