Robin is a dynamic facilitator, coach and consultant with over 25 years of leadership experience working across private sector, non-profit, crown corporations and local government organizations. Her unique blend of executive leadership, strategic HR expertise, and passion for personal development distinguishes her as a trusted guide for those looking to enhance their leadership capabilities. With a background in senior HR leadership roles, as well as executive experience as a Chief Operating Officer for a large community healthcare organization, Robin has firsthand experience leading teams and organizations through periods of transformation. She has worked extensively as a leadership coach, facilitator and HR consultant across a wide variety of sectors and countries. Robin is also a recognized thought leader, frequently speaking at industry events, making guest appearances on podcasts and contributing to HR and Business publications.

Robin holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of British Columbia. She is a Certified Professional Coach (CPCC) through the globally renowned Co-Active Training Institute and holds a Diversity and Inclusion Certification from Cornell University. Robin is designated as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) in the United States and has been conferred the highest HR designation in Canada as a Fellow Chartered Professional in Human Resources (FCPHR).

Committed to serving in her community, Robin is the Chair of the Employer Advisory Committee for Kwantlen Polytechnic University. She is the Past President of Kids Up Front Foundation Vancouver; a previous Board Director for the Chartered Professionals in Human Resources (CPHR BC & Yukon); and the past Vice Chair of both Greater Vancouver Community Services Society and Electric Company Theatre. Robin spends her weekends hiking in the mountains, walking her dog on the beach, and most importantly, being an enthusiastic (aka rowdy) Superfan for her kids at ice rinks and ball fields.
