Tonya’s corporate background includes roles as a program and portfolio manager, executive communications, chief of staff, and director. She is a skilled facilitator and speaker, dedicated to sharing her insights on cybersecurity, leadership and fulfillment. Her active participation in cybersecurity and professional women organizations, reflects her ongoing commitment to fostering personal and professional growth, staying connected with thought leaders, expanding her influence, and continual support of the advancement of women in leadership and cybersecurity.

Tonya is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) credentialed from the Co-Active Training Institute and has the  professional standing of an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation.

When she’s not coaching, Tonya enjoys traveling, reading, learning new things, cooking with her husband, and entertaining friends and family. She’s an avid fisherwoman (yes, she can catch fish like a pro).
