I had the privilege of attending the SHRM Annual Conference & Expo 2025 (SHRM25) in San Diego last week. Held at the San Diego Convention Center from June 29 to July 2, this premier event attracted over 20,000 HR professionals and leaders from around the globe (shrm.org). It’s truly the largest HR conference worldwide, offering unparalleled opportunities for learning, growth, and connection.

Over 375 sessions covered a range of topics, including leadership development, emotional intelligence, AI and the latest in workplace technology (annual.shrm.org). We heard from thought leaders, industry innovators, and experts who provided actionable insights into building better workplaces and driving effective leadership.
