Our coaching process is a deeply transformative experience uniquely tailored to help you achieve your specific leadership goals. Spanning 4 to 6 months, we engage in bi-weekly sessions that foster continuous growth and development. Grounded in the co-active framework, this process encourages active collaboration, reflection, and discovery, allowing for real-time application and insight between each session.

Throughout your journey, we can integrate industry-leading assessments that offer valuable perspectives on emotional intelligence, leadership style, and how you are perceived by others. This powerful blend of personalized coaching and data-driven insights enhances self-awareness, creating a clearer path toward impactful and sustainable leadership. The combination of regular check-ins, reflective practices, and assessment-driven feedback ensures that your leadership development is not only purposeful but lasting, driving both personal and professional growth.

Alignment and Introductions

The journey begins with a meeting between the organizational sponsor, the coachee, and the coach to establish alignment. During this initial session, we define the desired outcomes, tailor the coaching program to meet specific needs, and agree on a process for ongoing progress updates between the coach, coachee, and organizational sponsor.

Kick-off Coaching Session

The first session, lasting 1.5 to 2 hours, sets the foundation for the coaching relationship. Coachees engage in reflective, goal-setting exercises, helping both parties gain clarity on expectations and how they will collaborate. The session is designed to create rapport, align on coaching goals, and map out the path forward.

Coaching & Actions

Each coaching session begins with a review of actions and insights from the previous meeting. The majority of the session focuses on a topic of the coachee’s choice, promoting deeper personal awareness and growth. At the end of each session, action items are established to keep the coachee aligned with their overall development goals.

Accountability

For the coaching program to be truly effective, all stakeholders—organization, coaches, and coachees—must play an active role. Regular check-ins between the coach, coachee, and the organization ensure alignment and maintain momentum. Coaches also maintain an open dialogue with coachees, adjusting the approach when needed to ensure success.

Completion

The final coaching session is a celebration of progress. The coachee reflects on their key learnings and growth, identifying next steps for ongoing leadership development. A concluding meeting with the organizational sponsor ensures that the impact of the coaching program is assessed and possible future steps are discussed.
