Insights Fundamentals: Understanding Yourself and OThers
Understanding yourself and others is the key to better communication, collaboration, and team performance. At Plum Leadership Group, we use the Insights Discovery tool to help individuals understand their own personality preferences and how to adapt to the preferences of others. This training introduces participants to the four primary colour energies in the Insights Discovery model, helping them recognize their own style and how to work more effectively with others. By understanding personality differences, participants will enhance their communication and interpersonal relationships, both in and outside of the workplace.
